“took forever to be delivered & even then was a day out.”

Hi John, Thank you for leaving us a review. I can see that your order was placed on a Friday and only 'Standard Delivery' was selected. I am afraid that we also do not operate on a weekend. Our deliveries are therefore week-days only. I can see that the estimated delivery date on your order confirmation was May 10th. Looking at the tracking information, your order arrived a day early on May 9th. All information regarding our delivery days/times can be found on the Delivery & Returns page, on our website. “I ordered th Rama Graphite hallway runner with the Rama Graphite stair runner. The two together in my entryway look great! We had the stair runner professionally installed and he was not impressed. The backing or padding on both carpets is so light it is practically non-existant. My installer said this carpet is junk. I hope it will last a few years for the price I paid. My order was held up due to both carpets not being ready. Initially, no one contacted me, I had to call them to find this out. The phone number I called was from the UK, the customer service lady was listening to loud music and I had to ask her to turn in down. (very unprofessional). I was then given a date range of when I could expect the carpets to arrive. They followed up with an email stating the same timeframe (around the middle of the month). What concerns me is that my credit card was immedially charged. - not a USA practice. I was concerned that I may have been scammed. But about 1 month after I ordered the carpets arrived around the middle of the next month as the email stating. I will not order from this company again.”

Hi Zach, Thank you for your review. I've just had a look at your order and unfortunately, the product you purchased was only available on pre-order, at the time of purchase. We do give this information for our customers on the product listing page, the basket page and on the delivery date page. I can also see that the delivery date was quoted for you, on your order confirmation. It was 'June 4th'. However, you'll be pleased to hear that this stock arrived last week and your order has now been dispatched early. An email would have been sent out to you, to confirm this. “Had a rocky start to this experience, my original order was cancelled due to product damage in the warehouse and the pattern being discontinued. Good news was that customer service notified me via email within 12 hours and allowed me to find a substitute product without having to start the purchase process over again. I received the runners expeditiously, within 4 days. I was pleased with the quality of workmanshop and the product features met my expectations. My initial reaction upon opening the package was that they might be a little overpriced. That being said, if they wear as advertised combined with the ability to customized widths and lengths, they will be worth the price.”

Hi Allyson, I am sorry to hear this, however, after seeing the images you've sent to us via email, I am confident it is nothing to be concerned about. The rug will have just been rolled up for some time and it is likely to just need a bit more time to settle. Regular use/foot traffic will also help the rug to acclimatise and lay flat. If of course you don't see any improvement within a couple of weeks, you're welcome to contact us again. Thank you.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see that you have the rug on top of an existing carpet. Our anti-slip backed rugs are also anti-slip on carpet, but the effectiveness depends on the thickness of the carpet it is being laid on. The thicker the carpet, the less effective it will be, unfortunately. We generally find that anything with the 'Rubber/Gel' backing is much more effective on hard flooring types. e.g. vinyl, wood, tile etc. Please do let us know if you would like to return it and exchange it for something more suitable.
