“Sorry to say, I am disappointed with my order. The runner I received was simply cut from a larger piece. It had no edge binding, whatever. Furthermore. While being advertized as being dark grey, the runner was, in fact, quite black.”

“Came in time, good condition and so beautiful. Could be nice if they sell them in the way I did, just for steps where foot goes, in costum sizes ,but I just spend some time to hem them and -vuala -I've got what I want. Thanks Runrug.”

Hi Caroline, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Looking at your order, I can see that the estimated delivery was April 8th, however, it arrived with you on the 26th. I am very sorry for this delay. The supplier of the range you purchased from, delivers stock to us at different times throughout the month. Unfortunately, they do not provide us with exact dates in advance to work with. While we recognise the challenges this may pose, please know that we are reliant on their scheduling and we can only operate based on the information they provide us with. Occasionally, there can be delays which are out of our control. An email should have been sent out to you to provide you with an update. It's possible that this may have filtered into your junk/spam.
