“Amazing service. It’s so difficult to find longer runners so to have a range of sizes to choose from was incredible. Maybe not top quality but a fabulous price and it looks really great on the carpet. Absolutely thrilled with it”

“Runner looks amazing but we won’t be putting it on the bowls club verander until next February as we’ve closed for the winter. The club opens in April until mid September lady game this year is Monday Very grateful and will send a pic next year”

“I purchased 2 runners about 10 days ago and they arrived within 3 days, but unfortunately one of the runners was about 6cm too long, my mistake. When I contacted Runrug they very kindly said to return the runner and they would send out a new one at the correct length. So they actually do bespoke lengths and not just the lengths shown when you order which is fantastic.”

“Rug looked beautiful and great quality however when you walked on it it left footprint outlines . I thought they would drop of quickly but it remained visible. As it would be in the hall which is a main walkway it wasn’t possible for it to look good so I had to return it.”

In many cases, footprints will naturally become less noticeable over time as the rug adjusts to its environment and settles into place.
