“THE REVIEWS MOSTLY INDICATED THAT THE RED RUNNERS WERE BRIGHT. THE ONES I RECEIVED ARE NOT AS BRIGHT AS THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE. THE QUALITY WAS NOT AS HIGH AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. THE RUGS ARE OK BUT THE REVIEWS LEAD ME TO EXPECT HIGHER QUALITY AND COLOR.”

“I previously gave a 2 star review but would like to change that to a 5 star. I contacted customer service on a Friday and when I reached out to them again on Monday I had a very quick response and telephone call from customer service resolving my problem. The rug runners I received are beautiful and would definitely recommend. Nancy”

“I have now had three transactions with Runrug. All have taken place with absolute efficiency. One, as they didn't have the correct colour in stock, we thought we would try another colour to see if that was suitable, but it wasn't. It was no problem to send it back following a phone call, and I was fully reimbursed, I think within a week. I was put on their email list which would advise me when the rugs we wanted were back in stock, and duly advised a couple of months later, so have now purchased them. What could be better than that! Certainly a firm worth dealing with.”
