“Ordered my runner late July received delivery date of 7th September contacted you directly questioning the long delivery time within 1 day I had my runner I returned my purchase because the quality wasn't what I expected in relation to the purchase price I am awaiting my refund customer service very good returns easy”

“Runrug sent the wrong size but labeled it as the right size - basic stuff. In the end, they sent a free replacement without asking for the original item to be returned. Took a bit of discussion to get there. Additionally, DHL is a nightmare for delivery. I have just had the replacement arrive today after a lengthy saga on the phone with DHL. Took two weeks from start to finish and was exhausting. The rug looks ok but probably easier to nip out to Denelm next time. Thanks”

“Ordering straightforward; early delivery with no problems, runner is to size and pattern very good; could have a tiny bit thicker but you get what you pay for. All in all a good experience and happy with the outcome. Would use this company again.”
