“Arrived quite quickly, looks nice. Tends to travel around a lot on my carpet and also crease so will get some underlay or something to help keep it in place, But it looks nice”

“The only thing we were disappointed with was the runner had not been cut straight. We had to level it up before we could begin. Otherwise the ordering and shipping were excellent.”

Hi Patricia, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am very sorry to hear that the thickness of the rug is not what you expected. As advertised, the thickness is only 2mm. The description does also go on to state that this rug is suitable for outdoor and indoor use and it is made using a flatweave technique. Flatweave rugs don't really have any pile to them.
