“Excelent service and excellent hall runner. Needed in a hurry and the runner was delivered before a gathering of 2 and 4 legged guests arrived! The runner looked as good when they left as when they arrived despite lots of muddy walks!”

“Everyone loves the Savannah runner on my staircase.Its great quality and was easy to lay. The customer service team were so helpful too when I didn't order enough and got me another piece sent very quickly. After being quoted over £300 by a carpet company,I've done it myself for half the price and have carpet i love and just settled for.”

“Theses are beautiful runners.The quality of workmanship far exceeded my expectations. very fast shipping and the DHL tracking was by far the best.When you had to call customer service with a question they were kind and exceptional.Would highly recommend.Don’t let the price scare you worth every penny.”

“Disappointed that our choice of rug had been discontinued although it showed as being available on the website. We chose another and the staff were very helpful and the rug arrived the next day. We would use them again. We suggest they ensure the do no offer discontinued items on their website”

“Runrug's selection was, the stair runner arrived quickly, and we had our handymen install it because it wasn't difficult. We changed our minds after you received the first runner and sent it back for no charge. The second runner came within days. We could not be more pleased. The pattern we chose is absolutely gorgeous and it looks beautiful on our stairs. The staircase, as in many houses, is in the foyer and dominates the space. It is the first thing anyone sees so it needed to be fabulous. Thanks to Runrug, it is!”
