“I found the pricing structure rather confusing. What does the initial price written by the carpet actually mean. We were shocked that the carpet of our choice in the length required was over £700. How was this calculated? Gill Batchelor”

“I put the rug on a LVT floor and slipped and fell. Rug is attractive but danger on smooth floor”
