“I give Runrug 5 stars because of how well they handled a problem that I had and the quality of their product. I ordered 13 stair rods that they advertised for 20% off on a flash sale but the sale price was not honored. When I wrote a review indicating my dissatisfaction they immediately responded with an email that my account was being credited with 20% of the purchase price. They have shown me that they are trying to do what is right and the product I received was a good product so I would do business with them again and I can recommend them to anyone who needs the products that they supply.”
