“I had decided to restore my stair case and ordered myself a runner. A day or so later I realised I needed grippers and underlay.I ordered them from runrug ob a next day delivery. With the help of the YouTube video I fitted both myself and now have a beautiful staircase in keeping with my Victorian house”

Due to the runner being rolled for transportation, it can take a little time to fully settle. We would expect this to happen within 1-2 weeks. To speed the process up, we recommend rolling the runner in the opposite direction and storing somewhere warm for 1-2 days. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Runrug
