Very nice! Color is as depicted on screen - important when buying a rug. Plush but low profile for my kitchen is perfect. Now, only time will tell as to how they hold up. My only wish is that they would come with a non-skid backing but that's not a deal breaker. Shipping was FAST. Extremely pleased with this purchase!

Tracking the progress of shipping on my account said product delivered on July 12. But it wasn’t. I emailed with no response. No phone number to call. I had to go buy a different one my carpet install could happen on time. There was no way to canceling. Then a few days later, DHL texted that the carpet was on its way. They left it with my son who was not authorized sign for it. Now, I need to return it but shipping a return will cost me more than I paid for the carpet. So I give no stars because there is no customer service .

I have just been reviewing our customer service email system and can see messages from yourself all of which have been responded too by our agents looking to provide advice and support on the delay in the delivery of the runner. Please could I ask, if these have gone into your spam/junk folder? We do endeavour to get back to all of our customers within 1 working day, and are frequently quicker than this. In terms of being able to call us, on our site there is an option to 'contact us' which lists our opening hours and our phone number so that you can speak to a member of the team if required. We also offer a free returns service if you are unhappy with your runner, so there should be no fees for you to pay to return this back to us. If any of the previous messages we have sent are in your junk folder, please reply to those emails to ask for information on how to return, or alternatively, call 1-908-386-4809. Really impressed with my hallway runner. Second runner I have purchased from this company. Ordered wrong size they were happy to exchange for right size. Very professional service would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to use again.

I experienced the poorest customer service ever with this company. We ordered a sample of the runner we were considering for our stairs. When the order status changed to "dispatched" we expected to receive a tracking number in order to follow it to delivery. Nothing was ever received so after a week I submitted a customer contact form requesting status - no response. A few days later I called customer service during their office hours and left a detailed voice message since no one picked up - again no response. I also emailed their help address - again no response. The sample showed up finally, 8 days after it was dispatched. I do like the sample and think it would look great on my stairs, but I am hesitant due to the level of service I've received to date.

I bought this rug for my hallway. This company were the only ones i could find that did the length i wanted. The rug is well made and looks fantastic. Really feels nice underfoot. I would highly recommend.

Not worth the money sliding all over my floor no backing on it poor quality I walk with a stick not happy with it at all I'm elderly I don't know how to send it back Mary Mcphee can you send me details address to send it back to to refund my money please thank you and a label to send it back haven't had a refund I ask u to send details on how to send it back my email marymcphee54@yaahoo.com thanks awaiting an answer
