“With the carpet being so thin and being laid flat for over a week, The ends of the carpet are still curling up”

“Hi team, I recently ordered a rug for my kitchen unfortunately the edge of rug keeps folding over and is a hazard for my elderly parents who are constantly tripping over, the rug itself was very expensive the amount I’ve paid I’m not happy with how it is”

“Love these door bars, they’re only for decorative purposes but look amazing and so much cheaper than what they try and charge you at carpet shops! Love them. Delivery was quick and very well packaged.”

“Had a Problem with the wrong colour delivered. Customer service was brilliant said not to send back the wrong one and they sent a replacement, unfortunately this was also the wrong colour. Quick response from my emil and have now delivered the correct colour. All with a weeks time scale. That's what I would hope all companies customer service was like but sadly they aren't. Thank you Joe great service. Will be back.”
