“website was informative, delivery was quick. However, the color was definitely not what was described as "gray"; it is blue. My installer had already completed the installation when i saw the color, as i had not unrolled it prior to giving it to him. I now need to purchase 3 other rugs to complete the project as the black rugs i have clash with the blue color.”

With regards to your refund, I am afraid it doesn't appear that the return has reached our warehouse yet. The moment it does, we will of course initiate the refund process. “My experience with runrug was very positive. Unfortunately I ordered a runner which wasn't the one I wanted. The colour and pattern frequency were slightly different than I imagined. Runrug however, accepted this and I returned it without any quibble...so far. I am looking at ordering one which I think will be the one I should have ordered. Just waiting for the refund and will get to ordering the other.”
