“I ordered the rug just before Christmas they did advise there was delay from the manufacturer, but to be fair they kept me fully updated and there was no urgency for me. They did offer for me to cancel. It came when they said but the carpet is a good product and very pleased. Only reason for not giving 4 stars was they advertised a delivery date and in fact it was not isnt stock.”
