“I rang you to confirm my bucket would arrive on Friday the 25th to be told it would arrive on the Thursday 24th. I rang you Thursday to ask where my bucket is to be told Monday the 28th the lady then rang me back to say it would be delivered Tuesday. It’s now Tuesday and no bucket. Absolute mess of a system. If I didn’t ring you I wouldn’t know what was going on . I’ve now received a tracking link that doesn’t work. Where’s my bucket?”

I can only apologize for the delay in your order and agree the dates changing isn't ideal, usually when there are delays we ring all the customers to inform them of the delay so i apologize if this wasn't the case.
