“Ordering and delivery was an easy process. Issue with damage to the paint work but won’t stop the work.”

“Bought this bucket for a job, unfortunately it said it was in stock but it wasn't, decided to wait a few weeks to be made and delivered, the rake bucket is a excellent piece of kit, really loved using it.”

“Overall experience was a positive one just would have benefited with better communication. As to the process from ordering no mention of the buckets being made to order. Just be better if they were more upfront. It makes it so much easier to plan work .other then that very good product”

I'm sorry that you feel communication could have been better, after orders our system does send a confirmation email, with the lead time on, so I apologise if this wasn't received or if it wasn't clear on the website/email that the items were made to order.
