Product arrived as advertised.. But I had to wait longer than I should in my opinion.. They took the money before sending me a message to say they didn't have it in stock.. I would of bought else were had they not taken the money

To quote the website directly; “ Supplied complete with the necessary hydraulics to fit straight onto your mini digger.” However my tilt bucket arrived with 3/4 inch couplers and my machine had 1/2 inch. This means I’ve got to modify the hoses and buy more couplers. I think if you pick the model of your excavator it should come ready to use. Not me faff around modifying it. Customer service were very helpful in fairness but doesn’t change I have to sort this now before using my attachment.

Ordering and delivery was an easy process. Issue with damage to the paint work but won’t stop the work.

Bought this bucket for a job, unfortunately it said it was in stock but it wasn't, decided to wait a few weeks to be made and delivered, the rake bucket is a excellent piece of kit, really loved using it.

Overall experience was a positive one just would have benefited with better communication. As to the process from ordering no mention of the buckets being made to order. Just be better if they were more upfront. It makes it so much easier to plan work .other then that very good product
