Hi Allan, I'm sorry you felt the delivery was not what you expected, we have spoken with our 3rd party courier on this to help improve the service going forward. Due to the time of year there has been a lot of freight going through their system which has caused some delays. We hope the bucket does live up to expectations and we hope the courier service won't put you off using us again. I ordered a grading beam which took about 2 months to come which turned into a grading bucket which is completely different, and it doesn't even fit my machine.

I was unable to remove the bucket from the quick hitch,I explained the problem to customer service and they sent me a replacement straight away

Bought a 600mm bucket for a 3t machine. Caved the casing on the 1st job trenching through dry rooty ground. The sales rep didn't seem very interested and said we had abused the bucket, wanted me to cover courier fee to return for repair... ended up repairing and strengthening myself.

I rang you to confirm my bucket would arrive on Friday the 25th to be told it would arrive on the Thursday 24th. I rang you Thursday to ask where my bucket is to be told Monday the 28th the lady then rang me back to say it would be delivered Tuesday. It’s now Tuesday and no bucket. Absolute mess of a system. If I didn’t ring you I wouldn’t know what was going on . I’ve now received a tracking link that doesn’t work. Where’s my bucket?

I can only apologize for the delay in your order and agree the dates changing isn't ideal, usually when there are delays we ring all the customers to inform them of the delay so i apologize if this wasn't the case. Hi Russell, we did email you on the 23/3/25 asking for a video of where it has been fitted, so we can forward on to our engineer but as of yet we have not received this from you? Was mark as dispatched when in fact you never even had the item in stock The item was then delayed twice coming into stock Won’t be using again

Hi Keith, thanks for the review. I can only apologise that the item wasn't in stock and then the dispatch date was moved out. Unfortunately when our shipments are delayed this is out of our control and is usually down to issues with the freight at sea, we do try our best to keep customers informed of any delays that we encounter and do ring and email when delays occur. The pins were to big for the bushes supplied and after heating the bushes the pins have been damaged trying to install into bushes, After market parts , never again with Rhinox Group Ltd

The quick hitch I ordered for a jcb 8008 only fits Rhiknox buckets on and not the genuine jcb buckets so it’s now useless to me after spending £650

I am sorry that there is an issue with the fitment of the JCB buckets they should fit assuming they are the same pick up as the hitch, we haven't had this issue before where they don't fit. I have tried to call you to discuss how we can sort this out for you asap weather that be a replacement or a refund if you can all us back so we sort this out for you straight away that would be great. They didn’t deliver the day they had scheduled I waited for 4.5 hrs, even phoned Rhinox at 3.45pm to ask if delivery was still going to be that day and i was told yes any time between now and 5.15pm This was Friday and I needed it for a job that had to be complete Saturday/Sunday for a client who had builders coming on the Monday Spent the whole of Saturday morning trying to track the delivery down, could not track it with the tracking number from Rhinox as they didn’t tell us what courier it was with, finally found out what courier it was about 12.30pm and had to go and collect it myself, so lost half a day on the job i was supposed to be doing I have bought from them before and everyting went smoothly, but not happy with this service simply not good enough especially when i paid for next day delivery

Got online looking for case bucket,Rhinox was first, I ordered bucket for case cx60c, got wrong bucket, they say they will take back, yet will send return voucher, have been told 4 times all lies

Paid £30 next day delivery messaged 2 days later no reply then a couple of days later again no reply Then another message on seventh day they said not in stock they will have to make it then 15days later received item and still charged me for next day delivery All in all bad communication and should not charge for next day if they can’t deliver

I am convinced perhaps, that Rhinox Group US is not a real company. If you are in the market for an excavator bucket do not give this company any money. Unless you like donating to unknown charity's. I ordered a bucket on August 2nd and as of today September 11th I still have not received the bucket. Now this wouldn't be a big deal if it was on back order with a 4 to 6 week turnaround, however, I was told on the phone that it was in stock and would be arriving about 3 to 5 days later, which I needed for a customers project. It did not show up, and when I have called (multiple times) to find out the status of the bucket, they either will not answer the phone, say they will look into it and get back with me, yet never call back, or they will put you on hold and never pick the phone back up again. I am now in the process of disputing the money I paid this company with my credit card company. Buyer beware.

Ordered a bucket for my Takeuchi excavator. The pin spacing was off by over a 1/2”. Customer Service told me it was my excavators fault, and that they manufactured it to Takeuchi specs. Looked up the specs and it was definitely off by over a 1/2”. Warren at customer service told me he could bill me for new brackets and I could pay someone to re-fabricate bucket for me….basically told me to get lost. $4,000 in and the bucket is useless unless I spend another grand to get it working. Rhinox-great marketing, terrible engineering and customer service
