Hi Allan, I'm sorry you felt the delivery was not what you expected, we have spoken with our 3rd party courier on this to help improve the service going forward. Due to the time of year there has been a lot of freight going through their system which has caused some delays. “I ordered a grading beam which took about 2 months to come which turned into a grading bucket which is completely different, and it doesn't even fit my machine.”

“Fantastic customer service! We ordered a new 1m grading bucket for our Kubota U17-3 and there was an issue with the alignment an attaching it to our Rhinox quick hitch, one phone call and a brand new one was on its way to us with the faulty one being collected at the same time! Problems can happen to any of us at any time but when the problem was dealt with as efficiently as this we can’t complain. We use Rhinox quick hitches and buckets on both our excavators and will continue to use them in the future”

“Hi, It was refreshing to speak to a company who actually know what they are talking about, your staff were very curtious. The product was first class, the dipper gap was square and the size constant 3mm which luckily was the size of available shims which resulted in no side ways movement. Thank you Jill”

“Easy to order product specs are clear. Delivery was fast. Instead of next working day the delivery arrived on a Saturday at 7.38am by FedEx. Product seems good quality. Only used once briefly so far.”
