bucket can not fault deliver wagon would not come of the road

A little disappointed as I phoned the company saying I need the bucket that was in stock by Monday I was told to order online rather than them take the order as that would be quicker I placed an order before 3 taken the day off and now had a text to say they are dispatching the item today which is Monday so don’t think I will receive it today

I thought the order process was excellent. However, the delivery side of things was not great. FedEx wouldn’t leave at my house (rural location) despite me giving clear instructions. We ended up wasting 2 hours driving to collect bucket from their depot at 8pm! The couriers app/website dreadful and thankfully rhinox sorted. Product fine but should have had courier charge refunded!

Very sorry about this, if you give us a ring we can look into this and refund the Carriage. we do get let down sometimes by the couriers. David

my experience, not that positive, bucket pins bushes, bush inside diameter 25.000, one pin outer diameter, 24.995, spot on. next pin 24.697 ? not good.

Bucket and fittings great, but careful of hose fittings was told only 1/2” supplied to fit our machine. Had to pay someone else to remove the 3/4 and put on 1/2s as turned up with 3/4 which they are denying.
