I have bought two rhinox buckets 12 inch and 48inch both are really well made and of excellent quality, sales and service was brilliant thanks to warran who explained all the options for my older digger/excavator. Thanks to all the rhinox team for making purchasing both buckets an excellent experience

I’ve used the 30” riddle for about 5 or 6 hours now and have realised I bought a riddle, a rake and a bucket. Didn’t expect that. I have a mixture of soil and rock as I live in an old quarry so it hasn’t had an easy time. A 30” is perfect on a 1.5T machine and the results have been simply great. If I upgrade my machine to just under 2T I think I’ll get the slightly bigger bucket, but for my 1.5T, it’s bang on. I haven’t exactly treated it like a princess, but equally I haven’t done anything stupid with it. It has stayed in shape and doesn’t appear to have deformed at all. All in all, very happy.

They didn’t deliver the day they had scheduled I waited for 4.5 hrs, even phoned Rhinox at 3.45pm to ask if delivery was still going to be that day and i was told yes any time between now and 5.15pm This was Friday and I needed it for a job that had to be complete Saturday/Sunday for a client who had builders coming on the Monday Spent the whole of Saturday morning trying to track the delivery down, could not track it with the tracking number from Rhinox as they didn’t tell us what courier it was with, finally found out what courier it was about 12.30pm and had to go and collect it myself, so lost half a day on the job i was supposed to be doing I have bought from them before and everyting went smoothly, but not happy with this service simply not good enough especially when i paid for next day delivery

I bought a bobcat E20 excavator quick Attach plate. Shipping was great and right on time and in a very nice box. The plate is well built and fits and works great. Very happy with the product and the service.

The best way to judge a company is when something goes wrong. Nothing in life is perfect and things do go wrong. Had a rather expensive item from these guys and it failed, so what did they do?, sent me a new one after seeing photos and didnt even want me to return the faulty item... brilliant.

I can’t rate their service highly enough. I ordered a ripper for my 2001 JCB803 from France for delivery to a UK address. I needed it delivered between specific dates. Yasmin( who is equally fab), assured me it would be no problem. It wasn’t. Arrived exactly at the right time. Web order was trouble free. Lived in France for years where service is generally poor. So very refreshing to deal with a professional company who know how things should be done. Thanks again
