“Have to buckets already from yourself which are fantastic, but this one that arrived a few days ago very poor, the right & left dig teeth are at completely different angles, everything covered in overspray, spec label you can’t read dew to the amount of spray on it , looks like it’s been rushed.”

“I had a fantastic experience - needed a land rake bucket for a 9T digger and called Rhinox at 2pm yesterday and sorted an order - the bucket arrived at lunchtime and is in use. Really well built land rake - looks like forged steel tbh. Great quality. It made me think 'why can't everything be as pleasurable and prompt as this?' Thanks Michaela!”

Hi Pete, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, I am sorry to hear of the issues you have faced with the delivery of this item and I know this is being re-delivered tomorrow for you. Some points to note: Our courier has advised they were on site on Friday and waited the full 20 minute time for delivery and couldn't leave the goods safe due to no off loading facilities for the item, they did try to contact you regarding this delivery on the day. The order was an online order and no Tail lift was selected or paid for at the time of order unfortunately if this isn't selected the customer is expected too off load this for the courier. We have since been informed that this was required and were happy to add this on for you at no extra cost and get the goods re-delivered. We were then advised this morning that no Artic's can be used as the delivery vehicle, at least 95 percent of our freight is delivered on these vehicles and for smaller vehicles we would expect the customer to tell us at time of order any special delivery requirements, we have sourced this for you but it has delayed the delivery a day and unfortunately due to the smaller vehicle a tail lift cannot be used and it requires off loading. We have also upgraded the delivery slot free of charge due to the issues with offloading, when this is usually chargeable to support getting the goods their in a timely manner for offloading. On this occasion we feel we have done everything we could to support this delivery given the issues with the tail-lift and the wagon size which is out of our control due to not being given this information at the time of order. “Easy process to order and pay for the buckets I wanted. Next day delivery however did not happen; just one of those things apparently, didn't inform me so I wasted a day hanging around. More dissapointed than annoyed. I would still use them again as buckets are great quality.”
