“Absolutely no problem with the quality or the price of the product it is very well made, but when ordering off their website it implied the product was in stock and would be dispatched next day, indeed the invoice quotes next day pallet delivery. They do in fact dispatch next day but this is when it is manufactured. After ordering I got an email to say item is made to order and this will take 15 working days and a new dispatch date in my case this was a month after order date, this was then extended another 7 days due to production issues. I've had a customer now waiting 2 weeks for a project to be finished when I thought everything had been ordered well in advance that there wouldn't be any delays. As I said at the start there is absolutely no criticism of the product. Their website just needs to say there may be a delay and their invoices shouldn't state overnight delivery.”

We have suffered with delays in our manufacturing due to some site improvements that we have had done, which did delay our manufacturing, we always try to inform all customers about any delays in a timely manner and this length of delay is not our usual service. “Unbelievably quality gear ordered it at 3 pm and received it by 830 in the morning after in the Peak District I was so impressed with the delivery time and it’s a really quality product will highly recommend and given those a lifelong guarantee on all the buckets they sell, it’s a no brainer”

“Purchased a mini digger that come with rhinox buckets, is first time personally ordering and dantastic customer service.very quick with communicating and sorting out issues. Looking forward to recieving new bucket tomorrow. If its the same quality of the buckets that come with my digger its well worth the price for such a high quality bucket.”

“Slightly confusing, that if you put your digger make and model in, the bucket blades won't actually fit you digger bucket,only Rhinox buckets. However Rhinox understood this and are sorting the collection out and refund.”
