“Regulation probably has some of the best customer service I've had. They're always happy to answer questions you have and have been absolute saints when it comes to helping me with my latex and any repairs it needs. As a bonus they have a pretty clean website that makes navigating it really easy, with colours and sizes all on one page.”

“It was an in person purchase, the first time i have ever been to the London Store. I got in a rush probably 15 min before closure and the two guys working that day were absolute sweethearts and very helpful. I love the fact they also wear something a bit more revealing instead of normal clothes, helps a lot with fitting in the vibe of the store. Might be useful to give them a lanyard or a pin that states they work there, to make it easier to recognise the staff. Also, more of a request, please bring more Bad Dragon toy models. Ordering from the main website is way too expensive for Europe.”
