“Regulation probably has some of the best customer service I've had. They're always happy to answer questions you have and have been absolute saints when it comes to helping me with my latex and any repairs it needs. As a bonus they have a pretty clean website that makes navigating it really easy, with colours and sizes all on one page.”

Hi Gytis, I'm sorry to hear you feel your privacy has been violated. We take special care to sanitise the names of our products as they appear on customs declarations, but we aren't able to completely remove this information as it is required for items to pass from one country to another. If you feel one of the items on the declaration isn't as discrete as you would like, please let us know which item it is and we will make changes to its shipping title for any future shipments. “Unfortunately on this visit the two assistants working downstairs were laughing with each other which I can presume was a private joke. This felt quite unfriendly and intimidating, I wasn’t asked if I had a loyalty account and had to prompt them. I have to say out of about 40 visits this was the worst. The store has also been changed around which I didn’t mind but please please please have more sleepsacks and full body restraints to look at and try on!! Thanks”

“Almost every time I go to the store or shop online I can usually get exactly what I want. This time it was to replace my chaps. Great service, friendly and attentative staff, efficient sale and free adjustments. Just waiting to collect the finished article.
