“In principle I still consider Regulation the best in the market, on several levels: quality of goods, selection of items,, pricing, service, and they use a reputable delivery service DPD in most of my recent and £££ thresholds. For lower thresholds they do use Royal Mail which is equally a convenient and reliable service. Over all as a customer over many years, I still continue to buy from them with confidence both in store and online. When issues did arise these where dealt with quickly without affecting the customer experience.”

“Hi. after being used to the Njoy 2.0 xl i thought i would like to try something different.The square plug large xl seemed to be the contender . Very different to Stainless steel it seems to just glide in and fit like a glove. Very pleased with the outcome. Will now use this as my main plug. Buy one .You wont be disapointed. Regulation is the place to buy. First class service. Brian.”

Hi Dylan, I'm sorry you haven't received your order. I've taken a look at the tracking and it appears it was shipped on August 6th and delivered on August 7th. “I ordered a Sam Browne belt and it was delivered in 48 hours. I also had a slight query about my order which was speedily and politely dealt with. Now I just need a new waist belt to complement the SB once my size is back in stock! Top marks to Regulation once again!!!”
