“Call me a naughty boy if you like, but I have been a serial Online Store shopper with Regulation during the Lockdown; 'Idle Hands' and all that..... Have to say that my customer experience has been great. The odd occasional delay with delivery cannot be blamed on Regulation themselves - I've been Cheap and selected Free Delivery - ...OR maybe it's just me being impatient for the merchandise to cum (sorry, what was I thinking..... I meant COME of course !). Thank you Regulation warehouse guys.”

“Der Service ist klasse, leider wurde jedoch eine bestellte Ware vergessen. Da Großbritannien inzwischen aus der EU ist, fallen recht hohe Zollgebühren an, dass ist halt ärgerlich, wenn etwas nachträglich nochmal versendet wird. Eine Information seitens Regulation, für die Restzahlung an UPS, wäre auch sehr nett gewesen. Denn bei der ersten Lieferung musste das Paket wieder mitgenommen werden, da ich überrascht war und kein Geld zu Hause hatte.”
