“It took a very long time for my order to be made, including a final snag when the finished order went missing. Not the usual standard I'd expect from Regulation, although I understand supplier issues sourcing Latex.”

“Quick shipping and a stockist of my favourite products, but sometimes I wish they wouldn't ship my squishy toys in a paper envelope and instead choose a rigid box. :)”

“Could never fault Regulation except once when I ordered a Regs t shirt and they didn’t have it in my size, but as a company their customer service is great and the product quality is top par. My Regulation rubber is my longest surviving pieces of rubber soo top notch scores for Regulation :) Keep up the great work x”

“Regulation was the only place to have the product I wanted in stock and decided to splurge a little because I could get interest free credit over £99 with PayPal. Delivery was fast and products in got were good quality. Will be looking at Regulation again in future!”

“Regulation is a company that I have used previously and will certainly use again! My experience is wholly based on their website as I have not had the chance to visit them in-store as of yet. The website is easy to navigate and looks the part. Their customer service is top-notch and they are available to assist you in any way. Delivery times are short and items always arrive in plain packaging for discreetness (although it does state Regulation as the return sender on the label). Items are of the highest quality and their custom made service offers a wide array of alterations/possibilities. Overall, it's a pleasure shopping at Regulation.”
