“All items are well packaged and have good branding. Each item has its own tag and sealed bag to ensure the items are factory sealed and fresh! I also enjoyed the Regulation branding on each product. The rubber products were also sealed well and felt very fresh and new. The order came in pretty fast! The store even sent me a post card and some Rubber care info.”

“Hey Pete, I appreciate you're asking. Regulation was the first rubber outfit I got myself back in 2013 and since then I have made a dozen orders and I don’t wanna know how much money I spent. ;-) But it’s worth it. I love the style, the quality and the customer service is always helpful. Nevertheless, I’m afraid this chapter is about to close. It’s not because of the products but because of a bad surprise. I made my most recent order for about 440 euro on Dec 14th. When I accepted the parcel this week I had to pay 95 euro of customs on top of it. I wasn’t aware that the consequences of Brexit would be this bad and that customs would apply even for purchases made weeks before the turn of the year. As a consequence, I’m afraid that it will be too expensive to place orders at Regulation in the future. I don’t know if you consider opening a second online store in continental Europe or another workaround. I’m eager for visiting your retail store if I’d make it to London one day. But, for now, that’s it. I wish your great business all the best, Johann PS: Even though my Instagram account @rbbrized is full of posts of me wearing and tagging your gear and I’d say the pictures are high quality, I’ve never got reposted by you. Feel free to do screenshots (my account is private) and tag me.”
