“The goods that I ordered arrived on . I have over the years ordered many items and have been very happy with the goods , The only thing I have found is I have requested to be informed when items are back in stock but I dont get any messages regarding that .”

“Decent selection and service but beware special offers and voucher codes. No indication of expiry date and misleading emails then pointless token offers after they’ve already got your money. Buyer beware.”

“I ordered a Biker jeans in klack and yellow.... it was delivered very quick and fit perfectly. The price was about 300 Euro. Thank you for the service. Unfortunately I just received an invoice of UPS Taxes of ca. 100 Euro. That means I've paid 25 % of the item on Border taxes. ... I heard from several friends that they don't order stuff in the United Kingdom anymore because of this. It's sad because good British companies will loose business for that reason.”

“The staff at Regulation are very professional and always willing to help. I've had a few email enquiries that were answered promptly and went above and beyond to make suggestions that suited me better. Ordering on the website is easy. Unfortunately the packages were delivered by the Royal Mail which offered no accurate tracking. As such, I've had multiple missed deliveries, adding a delay. It would be great if Regulation used a better courier service.”
