“I spent a lot of money on new purchases and ny parcel was sent via UPS and was returned to sender as address appeared to be incorrect despite me providing the correct address. Unsatisfactory help from customer service when I phoned them also. Very disappointing.”

“I really like both the store in London and the online one. It's a shame that now that UK is out of EU I have to wait a long time to get my packages due to the customs. I would have preferred they applied VAT, since purchase under 150€ are fine to go, but I imagine this is a choice they had to make. Anyway I'm very pleased with packaging and products and I like the reward system. The toys have all sizes listed in details and I'm a sucker from SquarepegToys. Regulation is the only shop in "EU" to carry the full range and at very fair price! Pleased to see they now carry also Topped Toys.”

“Great experience! I'm just disappointed the shipment was via UPS even though I chose "international mail". They charged me 200 ils for handling and tax. That's 2/5 of the product cost. Gilad”
