“I have been a customer both online and in-store since the shop first opened on Islington Green The quality of everything is always first rate. While you can buy cheaper knock-offs I prefer to pay more and be confident that I will not be disappointed when an item arrives. I just bought the posture collar and quite honestly it is a work of art ion its own! In my experience the customer service is second to none. For new and possibly nervous visitors in-store staff are friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful it is impossible to feel embarrassed. Buying online is fast and efficient and with a phonecall or email any problems are quickly and painlessly sorted. Behind the scenes REGULATION does a lot supporting the LGBT+ community and giving back. So I give the store ten out of ten and hope for many more years of fetish and hassle free shopping.”

“Im happy with the product I purchased. The only problem is that you put tape around the top and sides of the box and when i got the delivery, the bottom of the box was broken. I bought a big dildo, which is also heavy. It could have come out of the box at any time!!! Please consider for the next time to put tape all around the box, otherwise you risk that the delivery does not reach a home.”
