“Regulation always has great customer service. I order from Vancouver, Canada as we don’t really have great local options for fetish clothing (especially rubber) and I never have any concerns about arrival, shipping, returns, etc. The exchange rate and custom fees are brutal, but 1) they are not Regulation’s fault and 2) they are well worth it for quality gear. I always recommend Regulation for people starting out/wanting to expand their collection. any delay in reply from Pete/online customer service is normally due to time difference (about 8 hours for me), but otherwise the prompt response is always appreciated.”
