“Good vibes when you enter premises. A good selection of latex (could be better) but everything I like and might purchase is the wrong size! I don't like ordering and want to take goods home with me otherwise I loose interest!”

“Hello - Writing a short review of Regulation is like asking Shakespeare to summarise all his works. I must have spent about £250,000 at Regulation from the age of 14 to 50, my current age. For a its faults, Regulation and of course, Fetters (and indirectly MrS) is the spiritual home of global kink. It's where the best furniture is made, where the best clothing is manufactured and so it is to Regulation I turn after my 4.5 year battle against Ketamine-enabled sexual violence that I buy my first new kink gear. The excellent MrS padded leather blindfold, a fantastic and simple gag with holes for breathing, a single roll of (20m!!!) And a very nice implementation of the devious seal your throat breathing gag. I have always needed edge play.”

“I haven’t always had the best experience when visiting the store, but on the whole the staff are very helpful and friendly. Some ignore you at the till when you go to pay, and a simple acknowledgment would help. The trans guy is extremely friendly and helpful. I bought a Sam Browne and Waller chain. Love them, thanks.”

“Mostly I'm impressed by the variaty of your shop. Must of the process of ordering went well. Just one major thing. I really like your size calculator! So I tried to set an order with that size (large/tall) but somehow I didn't realize that I just ordered large/regular. The rest went smooth. But here's a little story which doesn't affect my rating. FedEx is not the best company in handling orders to Germany. Had a rough time to get my package. First it got stuck at customs (ok that happens alot.. so no problem) but after I imidiatly handed in the needed documents they went silent for over a week. After that they handed over my order to Hermes and they did not correctly transfer my address. So my Package got then stuck again for over a week. In short - I have it now, I'm still happy but please offer the possibility for DHL. They are much more reliable here in Germany. Sorry that it sounds so negative! - I was hyped for this product but it got delayed and delayed :( - still not you fault. Keep up the good work please. What also impressed me was the quick response time for my affiliate question! Awesome support so far :)”
