“I had to do a small repair of my leather Fetters shorts and came to the shop. I spoke with River who was an absolute star and went above and beyond of anything I could expect with organising of the repair. Very very helpful and polite. The shorts are now repaired (thank you), but I would like once again to mention River here because he deserves the highest praise for his customer service and kindness. Many thanks, Greg”

“Superb quality, great finish and delivered exactly when they said, if not beforehand. Ordered up my new hood in latex, with collar. Love it, exactly what I ordered. No issues with ordering, great and easy to use site and good communication too about what was happening with my order. Highly recommended them. I have a Regulation latex straitjacket thats like 30 years old and its still perfect. Superb quality 👌.”
