“I sent an item to Regulation for repairs and this was a very positive process, with an easy online system for raising an issue with a rubber suit and then sending the suit back for repairs. The repairs were conducted quickly and smoothly, with the suit being returned within a month.”

“The staff is friendly and helpful. Shame that the store would not consider even partial refund due to product material being too stiff. I deliberately went with the store over others to support fetish businesses but its response was not as good as the other more mainstream sex stores for a similar issue.”

“The customer service is excellent: very attentive, responsive, and truly helpful. However, for deliveries within France, I would strongly recommend using Mondial Relay only in the future. Other carriers such as UPS or Colissimo are very poorly managed, and delivery commitments seem to be respected only about 10% of the time. Aside from this delivery issue, the overall experience with customer service was very positive”
