“A personal service: First time buying a harness. Not being proficient in these things. I was allowed to try on different harnesses. The shop assistant was very helpful, to the extent he helped me into the harness. I made a choice and returned the following week to purchase, and am very happy with my choice! The assistant remembered me from last time too which was a nice touch. A personal service, pricey but absolutely worth it. Had a great time in Brighton Bear Weekend with jock and harness. Thank you! “The order was a long time coming - even 2 weeks after the expected shipping date there was silence. When I contacted Regulation, they told me that the leather worker had been sick and that my order should ship soon. To their credit, the order shipped and their communication with respect to it was good. A little more attention earlier in the process would have been good.”

“I ordered product that costs me over 300$ it was shipped by FedEx but without security options Like someone has to sign if received. I never got my package and I’m pretty upset with the customer support. I already gave the notice that something isn’t right with the delivery. All the Support did by now is give me a Tipp to “Go ask your Neighbor” that’s very unsatisfying. And I feel scammed.”

“It did not arrive, I was told by store to wait 15 days until officially lost by Royal Mail and then see if replacement could be arranged. Then had email from support saying ticket had been closed, and this before the 15 days. Have asked for cancellation and refund.”
