“The blindfold that I purchased was ordered online arrived very quickly and does the job very well . Fits the head perfectly and you cannot see through it . Came In a plain padded envelope which was great .”

“Great catsuit! However, I can see glue residue on the zippers, which doesn’t look good. The neck area is very stretched. In my custom order, I specified 42.6 cm for the neck on purpose, to allow extra room and avoid discomfort. I just measured my neck again and it’s 41.8 cm, yet the catsuit still puts too much pressure on my neck.”

Hi Steven, We're sorry you had trouble receiving your order. All of our packages are sent to France with both physical and digital commercial invoices attached, including the CN22/23 form on the outside of the package. This also indicates taxes and duties are prepaid. They should have all the information required by French customs, but if they need more, they should get in touch to request it. Unfortunately, as the issue is with the local postal service, we aren't able to contact them ourselves as we are based in the UK. We can always provide additional information if needed; however, we often find this is a case of an automatic check that flags a hold on an order, and is resolved to move within a few days. If they aren't able to resolve the issue, the package may be returned to us, and we can ship it back out once it has arrived back at our warehouse. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay to your order.

“Firstly I was sent a defective item, then ended up out of pocket by requesting a refund, as they didn't refund me the original postage cost. Thereafter they backtracked and sent me a full refund, funnily enough after I posted my original review. Fair play though, they also sent me a £10 gift voucher and accepted that they should have sent me a full refund in the first place.”

“The staff in the shop was friendly and very helpfull. A few items I was looking for were not available in the shop. But, for instance, I had the possibility to try on an almost similar rubber jock strap as the one I wanted to be sure of the size and I will buy it online later on.”
