“Regulation has been my go-to for a number of years now and I've always been happy with their range of products and customer service. Almost all of my garments are from Regulation and while you won't find the variety some other manufacturers offer, you're guaranteed iconic designs and quality craftsmanship. Their store in London is conveniently located in the heart of Soho and stocks a wide range of products you can try or purchase. The staff members are always welcoming and on numerous occasions have provided me with valuable expertise especially after using their made to measure service. The only downside is that some of their products are a little bit on the expensive side. Personally, however, I am happy to pay a slight premium knowing that the garments I'm purchasing fit properly as well as the added 'peace of mind' with their customer service.”

“I've had ultra positive interaction with Regulation in two orders and both times delivery has been good and fast. I haven't needed to use customer services, but I have no concerns. They have a good range of exciting things and their flash sales are well priced.”

“Shopping was easy and the communication straight. But I don’t get that a shop with international audience ships with Royal Mail. Snail mail, ultimately slow, few to no tracking updates… still hoping that the goods arrive once in my lifetime… if you do international business please ship with UPS, DHL…”
