“Absolutely brilliant! Naturally, this was an extremely distressing time and emotionally draining but everyone at Procare from the person on the phone to the driver who brought Max home did what they could to be comforting and reassuring.
I was particularly grateful for the guy who picked max up, he was extremely kind. I’d been beating myself up wondering if I could’ve done more or given more treatment but he was brilliant and I genuinely didn’t start feeling better until I’d spoken to him.
