Was able to arrange online and they were able to collect our little dog from home so we didn’t have to leave her at vets . Lewis collected her from home a couple hours later , he showed empathy to us and treated Fifi with care and respect .
Were kept up to date throughout the process and her ashes were returned to us at home . We were heartbroken but felt we had done the best we could for Fifi to have her cremated and her ashes returned to us .
