“On the 6th of August 2025, I had to make the hardest decision of my life to say goodbye to my beloved dog, Fifi. From the very first phone call, Procare Pet Cremations were nothing short of amazing. They were helpful, understanding, and incredibly compassionate every step of the way.
Before the appointment, I received thoughtful updates, which gave me peace of mind during such a painful time. When the vet arrived, she was so loving and gentle, explaining each step of the process with kindness and care. She offered me a hug and so much emotional support, which meant the world to me.
When Lewis arrived to collect my baby girl, his compassion was just as evident. He gave her the little scratches she always loved, handled her with the utmost care, and even let me carry her to the car myself. His patience and respect made an unbearable moment a little more bearable.
Even though it was an incredibly difficult decision, I know I made the right one, especially with Procare Pet Cremations by my side. They have made the whole process as gentle and easy as it possibly could be. I’ve continued to receive updates, knowing she is being cared for with dignity.
