My daughter recommended them after her cat passed away, so when I have to make the hard decision with my dog I called them the compassion and care was amazing, they collected her 1 hr after we returned from the vet handled her with the same care as if they owned her, they kept me up dated with the process and even the time of her cremation, her ashes were returned in the paw print urn with her framed paw print and a lovely candle, the return of her was just as beautiful so much care and compassion will 100% use again and recommend to friends and family, thank you Procare pet cremations
