Our beloved Suri passed away on New Years Eve and I had to hastily arrange for a cremation service to collect her from the Emergency Vet the following day. I was amazed at how easy it was to book the collection and cremation details on line on their web site and impressed with the tracking system which tracked the driver for collection as well as return of Suri's ashes. Despite the whole process taking quite some time I am delighted with the service and would definatley recommend.
