“Our kitty, Alfie, died on 12 January at age 18. It was a Sunday, yet Procare were able to coordinate with our at home vet to arrange picking up our dear boy less than an hour after he passed. The entire process was dignified and courteous to our grief. We were kept informed timely of the progress of the cremation and when we could expect his ashes to be returned. When a time was scheduled we even could watch in real time, knowing when he’d arrive back home to us. His ashes arrived in a sleek container and a photo frame of his paw prints, all presented beautifully in a lovely package. Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is heartbreaking. A company that can make this process easier and as smooth as possible is very special indeed.”

“Everything was perfect what I struggled with though was understanding the process. Did I need to place my pet into a bag or container for preparation? I didn’t know what the process steps should be but the gentleman did explain everything to me but I just wanted to be prepared and hand my pet over without too much Backwards and forwards Than that pleased with the service although I would’ve liked more communication in terms of after my pet was prepared for cremation I thought I was going to be told when she was going to be cremated but that didn’t happen”
“Procare Pet Cremations have been great from first contact to the day we got our boy home. They arranged collection very quickly, within a couple of hours of our first contact and the person arrived and was extremely compassionate and dealt with the situation extremely professionally and yet a friendly, compassionate and caring way. The company kept us in the loop with the progress and the items we ordered came in very nice packaging and although it was upsetting at the time the items are fantastic and just what we wanted.
