“The garments are beautiful but the sizing is shocking. I have bought several Pachamama jackets, all sized small. The majority are the perfect size, apart from one which was more like a medium fit, The latest however was definitely an extra small. It fitted nowhere near me so I gave it to my friend who is a 6-8, and it was perfect. I know there is a disclaimer on the site stating sizes can differ but this was ridiculously small. Because return postage is not free, it’s making me wary about future purchases as it’s difficult to know if a garment will fit unless it can be tried on first. Also there wasn’t any paperwork informing me how to return it, it was just in a bag with nothing else. I absolutely love Pachamama garments, but the sizing definitely needs sorting out, apart from that they are amazing garments, very warm and bring lots of compliments.”

“My husband and I have both been pleased with our bobble beanie hats. I have told my friends about your animal motif hats. I am also pleased with my Val d'isere jacket in teal as it is so thick and warm. I am size 14-16. I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy delivery.”

“I’m so pleased with my cardigan. Received the Tintagel for Christmas and then bought myself the Inca bird one. Remind me of my youth back in the 90s. Super warm, hand-made, beautiful cardigans. Love them so much! Thanks Pachamama.”

“I love this brand. Quality products that look great, feel great, and smell great (yes I find the smell of the wool comforting & homely!) Really pleased with my new fleece lined jumper. Super warm, keeps the wind out without the heaviness of a coat.”

“It’s a joy to wear. The weather is dreary but the sheep scene on the jumper is so cheering. The garment has been beautifully crafted and it arrived on time. I’ve been a fan of Pachamama for many years and have never been disappointed.”
