Having ordered knitwear from your online site, I was sad to find it was way too big. When I wanted to return it I discovered I needed to print out a return form. I do not have a printer so had to bother someone with this task for me. Most other online companies use QR codes to enable partaking outlets to print off return labels. Furthermore, I also discover I have to pay for the return! You are an online company, consequently there is no means for me to return goods to a store without incurring my own expense. Your goods are not cheap so to put the financial burden of returning unsuitable goods on your customers is, to put it in the vernacular, 'taking the Mickey'. Every other online retail company I have dealt with has a free returns policy. Why not you? The cost of returning my goods has had the effect of: 1. Preventing me ordering a replacement for fear that will not fit either, thus incurring further unnecessary cost. 2. Stop me buying from you again. You really do need to address your returns policy

The items l order that l was happy with are great but my issue is with a cardigan/ coat, l returned for a refund which was returned on the 2nd feb but still waiting a week on for confirmation of my return and refund? I have contacted several times now and l don’t receive any response at all. I’m giving 1 star based on customer service and not on the products which are very good but trying to get response or a refund has been an awful experience.

Bough the Highland cow bobbe hat. The smell of chemical was so overpowering. Shame as design is great. Emailed Pachamama but got no response

Glove arrived with some of the wool not stitched in. Shame as i really like them but live in NZ so hard to send back. I had them sent to my sister's address in UK and she sent them on

Till now i didn't recieve anything. I payed for the customs import tax a week ago. Further: i was unpleasantly surprised that i had to pay that tax: i was not aware that your websiteshop is in the UK Kind regards B.v.d Lisdonk

Unfortunately my parcel never reached me. I received photo of parcel in a property nearby but have been unable to locate. Have asked all my neighbours but nobody has seen it.

Still waiting for item to arrive used the tracking number and Royal Mail have it but can't guarantee delivery. Been on Pachamama website and there are no contact details so how do I tell them time to use a different carrier?

Hi Mikey, we are sorry to hear that there was a delay with your delivery. There were a few Royal Mail delays with the Christmas post, which were, unfortunately, out of our control.
