“Headband was not deep enough but I didn't realise until id washed it so couldn't return it I've given it to a charity shop”

“Delivery and customer serivce was great - I was disappointed with the products themselves as the hats were both too small and I had to return them. One had the liniing misaligned which also meant it didn't sit properly.”

“this is the 5th hat i have purchased but it looks like a machine knitted hat didnt like it they said it was real wool but i much preferred the previous purches that looked more authentic kept it but i wont be buying anymore”

“Hi Thankyou for my hat I was so excited as I have one already So I searched your web page for a fleece lined one to swim in To my disappoint when it arrived it was only the headband bit unlike my Rudolph one which I lined and is perfect So sorry really not happy x”

“In the photo on your website, the colour looks a beautiful blue. My cardigan arrived, and the wool appeared to be green. After a few days I decided I could live with the green, but when I tried the cardigan on, it appeared that it was very baggy under one armpit. Considering the price, I just feel that I should love the cardigan, but unfortunately I didn't, and I have returned it”

“Fingerless gloves are great. Woollen socks very disappointing as there are big loops of wool inside the socks which will catch your toes. This design is totally unsuitable. Won’t be buying these socks again.”

“Quick to send the ordered goods but vwry slow to respond to customer complaint. The goods had been put in a bag which was too small and had ripped open by the time it arrived. Website didn't allow me to upload a photo of the problem at the complaints part so I sent a separate email with a photo which I haven't had a response to. There was no paperwork in the bag to easily return the item and I would need to do so at my own expense.”

“Hi, The jumper smells so I need to wash before wearing unfortunately, this is supposed to be soft but is very itchy on the skin, you have to wear a jumper underneath. The large wooden clasp fell apart as soon as I opened it. So not very impressed to be honest and, so pleased that I didn't pay full price for this cardigan! I was reviewing the Sierra Nevada Coat Pink?”

“Product great but discovered another site selling them £5 cheaper before they actually arrived. Customer services indifferent. Spent £45 on the other site. Response doesn't make sense to me.”

“I purchased two items , one perfect , a line hoodie, the other a jumper. This had 3 loose seams / holes which had to be stitched . Then around the sleeve 5 stitches were free and had to be caught and brought into the seam. I can do this asi am a knitter but I really don’t expect to. Looking at the two garments there is a massive difference in the quality of knitting between the two. One very even , the other not and stitches muddled. I expect this will develop holes! I love the principles but I really think that quality control here is an issue. Please bear this in mind as I now don’t think I will order again not knowing which knitter I will get.”

“A very expensive lesson, cost me £7.95 to deliver and £5 to return (Pachamama don't pay for returns!), so my advice is be VERY VERY SURE YOU WANT THE ITEM, or it'll cost a lot in delivery and return. Sosadly only 2*s as the returns process is negligible - basically you have to send it back yourself, but in fairness they are not a big company like Seasalt,Whitestuff etc. I do still feel they could have a return policy that pays at least some of the return cost. It cost me nearly £6 to return.”

“When asked, on your website, I said that I needed an extra large pair, as my mums ankles are very swollen due to osteoarthritis, but, I was sent a regular size and it was impossible for her to even try them on. I’m annoyed, that I’ve had to pay for the return postage myself, when other companies usually pay for returns. Disappointed.”

“Nicely knitted but 16-18 was too short and too tight even though I am a size 16. Returned it but so far have heard nothing from Pachamama in regards to the refund.”

“The quality of my zip jacket is excellent but sadly there is an error in the pattern on the front. Unfortunately it has been repeated on both sides of the zip. I hope to get a replacement if my size is still in stock. I currently own six other Pachamama cardigan/jackets - all are perfect.”
