“Delivery was fast. We had an issue with the jumper but this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

“I love this jacket and the colours are stunning. Although I ordered the large size it is rather tight on me. I ordered the 16/18 and I am size 16. I haven't worn it yet. If there was a larger size available I would definitely return it and go for a larger one.”

“Arrived as advertized and are cushy and warm. They're also big for me (as I expected they might be), but I plan to save them for a present for a friend whose feet are bigger but who also lives in a cold climate.”

“Fantastic staff the lining is the problem is synthetic. Please look into changing to cotton or something natural. Polyester is hormone disrapture not sure about spelling that word. Very dangerous for humans”

“Lovely socks, well crafted using high quality materials. I like the colour combination of moss green and grey and chose this design partly because I live in Aberdovey. The foot part is smaller than anticipated, probably a good fit for shoe size 7-8 which is quite small for a man. Hoping they will fit my brother. Very quick delivery, with minimal packaging and waste. Thank you.”

“Dpd made a mess of my Pachamama next day delivery. When I contacted Pachamama the customer services woman apologised ,she arranged for an immediately replacement, which arrived the next day, ( on which she had personally written the safe place I had arranged) and my postage was refunded. Thank you, your helpfulness and attention to detail was much appreciated in contrast to my frustration with the delivery.”

“I wear size 12 clothes. Ordered size S in Sunflower sweater as my last pachamama puffin sweater ordered M as says for sizes 12-14 but it is very wide and big although still love it as nice and soft, this S size Sunflower sweater fits good even though it says for size 8-10 which I am definately not. I would add your dress size with your order just to clarify.”

“I tried on this jumper in The Golden Sheaf in Narberth, Pembrokeshire. The small size was a little too small and short in length, the medium was misshapen and very big so I didn't buy. However, I liked it very much so ordered on line, hence paying a delivery charge. I did request a size 14 UK fit but it is still too long on the sleeve and body. I would be charged to return so I have decided to keep it. If the fit was better I would give 5 stars.”

“Excellent quality cardigan, arrived promptly but was too big. Returned and waiting for refund but found website and process difficult to negotiate. Have now ordered smaller cardigan as it was not possible to just exchange.”
