“Unfortunately I had to return the items as the smell was far too strong. They smell like wet sheep. I also found the wool very coarse to touch.”

“Quality is amazing but gloves or hand warmers Need to come in different sizes also have room for a watch to be worn. I have an iwatch like many people and was very tight. Please amended the width or girth around the wrist. Two returns and I will be deducted for both returns as not faulty even though not fit for purpose. Still waiting on first refund over two weeks ago returned and Royal Mail shows received to return address.”

“Beautiful hat and quality product. However, the hat was packaged in a plastic envelope and it was absolutely squashed. You can move it back into place it's not a long-term issue, however paying for a product and then it coming battered just does not make you feel excited about your purchase and I was disappointed. The hat also smells musty and damp like it's been sat exposed in a damp old building. This is an issue and again was disappointing. The products you sell are nice quality luxury items. Please deliver them as if they are. Customers don't want to be let down when the item arrives. I think it is nice that you ask for sizing in the order process as things are natural fibres and can have variations. That was a very nice personal touch.”

“Sent for a replacement bobble hat for my son because my puppy ate his!!!! The new one arrived promptly but the hat is so much smaller than his so I know it won’t fit. I did state on the order that he would need it on the large side. He loved his fox bobble hat 😞😞😞”

“Unfortunately this wasn’ta good fit. It’s a lovely looking sweater in the pics but the actual garment wasn’t wide enough to be an oversize fit for me. The neckline was quite different from the pic as well. I’ve had Pachamama garments before and they have fit beautifully. A shame because well made and lovely design and otherwise length was right although sleeves a bit long. Anyway sadly had to return 😟.”

“I bought a mens pachamama Stornoway lined hoodie on the basis of my partners 10 year old pachamama hoodie. In contrast to hers, mine is far lighter, and not nearly as warm. Also after a few days' wear, the underside of the sleaves are getting very 'thibbity', and I gave to remove them to stop the garment looking tatty. I like the garment well enough, but it seems that in 10 years the quality has fallen back considerably, but the price has not.”
