“The style, long shape and colours are very nice but the wool is too prickly for my sensitive skin, so unfortunately have had to return it”

“I love the hat and the quality however, I am very disappointed with the Pom Pom on the top it is very sparse indeed some strands of wool have come out and it is totally different to the Pom Pom and the picture”

“Bit disappointed to be honest, I’ve had them before and loved them. I take size five but could only order 38/39 so they are quite big and the right one is at least 1/2 inch bigger than the left one 😭☹️”

“I ordered large but it was huge. I saw that returns had to be at my own expense so hung on to it but it swamps me. So disappointed that there isn’t an exchange policy. I’ve had a Pachamama for 30 years so know they’re good quality but the Returns policy is rubbish”

“Unfortunately I can only give 3 stars. I ordered this item on the 28th November and as of 11th December, have not received the product. I have though been kept informed of the delivery and apparently Royal Mail collected the package on the 29th November and I do have a tracking number, but Royal Mail have not received it apparently. Hopefully it turns up as the gloves are a gift for Christmas. I ordered a pair of Pachamama gloves from another retailer and I received them two days later and they are lovely.”

“It's beautiful. But--it's too small- like young child size and it slips up and almost off my head. So it sits across furniture like it's artwork to appreciate. Is there anything I can do to make it fit better? Is there a larger size? diannel.100@gmail.com”

“I ordered a stocking which is absolutely lovely. Later on I ordered another stocking but of slightly different pattern. One has arrived lined and great quality. The other has arrived and it’s not lined and about half the size of the first one. I don’t really understand as the lesser quality one is the same price as the other.”

“Bought mainly bobble hats and also socks. Lovely colours and hand knit but unfortunately two of the hats are very big, even tho classed as ladies, the socks too look nice but again very big.So disappointing”

“I loved my Pachamama hat that I purchased while in Scotland, so when we came home I ordered two more. I noticed that some of the hats on the website indicated that the fleece lining was only on the headband area, so I searched for hats that said "fleece lining". I thought that because it didn't say "headband area" the hats that I was ordering would be completely lined like the one that I had previously purchased. I was wrong, they only have fleece on the headband area which is a problem for me as I have a problem with wool. The completely lined hat worked great. Website needs to be more clear.”

“These are 'OK'. I'm aware that it's an atrisan product and, as such, will be far from perfect, but, even allowing for this, they are very small, The thumb holes are too tight (I will be adjusting mine), and, in several places, the underlying wool appears to be knotted. When the warmers are on, these knots lie under one's knuckles and are decidedly uncomfortable. Generally disappointed.”

“Disappointed in my latest purchase - a summer hemp hat which was too small, seemed more suitable for a child, which arrived folded up inside a small grey plastic mail bag with no inner wrapping to respect the quality or size of the item. As it did not fit (my average head) I have returned the hat.”

“I've ordered at least 5 items from this company, 3 have been excellent but 1 was a cardigan with so many threads hanging inside, the cardigan developed holes. I sent it back and was sent a replacement which was much better. I've just ordered a grey jumper with pink star, when I opened it threads were undone on the pink star. I'm disabled and used to knit my own jumpers so I finished off the ends myself as it is now too much hassle for me to return items. Quality control certainly needs improving. I'm paying a lot of money for these items but I'm sorry to say I won't be purchasing again. Thank you.”
