Unfortunately I can only give 3 stars. I ordered this item on the 28th November and as of 11th December, have not received the product. I have though been kept informed of the delivery and apparently Royal Mail collected the package on the 29th November and I do have a tracking number, but Royal Mail have not received it apparently.
Hopefully it turns up as the gloves are a gift for Christmas. I ordered a pair of Pachamama gloves from another retailer and I received them two days later and they are lovely.
