I've ordered at least 5 items from this company, 3 have been excellent but 1 was a cardigan with so many threads hanging inside, the cardigan developed holes. I sent it back and was sent a replacement which was much better. I've just ordered a grey jumper with pink star, when I opened it threads were undone on the pink star. I'm disabled and used to knit my own jumpers so I finished off the ends myself as it is now too much hassle for me to return items. Quality control certainly needs improving. I'm paying a lot of money for these items but I'm sorry to say I won't be purchasing again. Thank you.
