“Never knew about Notch until seeing your stand at the Flyball Champs. Why I chose Notch : I needed a strap that felt comfortable and that had an endless colour range with different styles. I also looking for durability and had clamp security. Notch seem to fit the bill. The main reason is I need a bracelet for sentimental and another for critical Medical. I am glad that I chose Notch as my customer experience has been exceptional, full understanding of issues that I encountered with previous bracelets in which they were replaced free of charge. Representatives were very helpful and were happy to spend the time to help and advise, even speaking on the phone to an adviser made the process simpler. Both my wife and myself are very happy and delighted with our purchases. Many thanks”

“I love my notch charms and usually buy one everytime I have completed a timed challenge, such as an organised 10k run. I get the charm engraved with the run and year to mark the occasion. I am now onto my second bracelet.”

“Great for a medical ID. Much more comfortable than the wider versions more normally available. Also, if information changes you can just get a new "notch" bead instead of having to replace the whole thing. Also pretty stylish.”

“I have quite a number of medical conditions that won't fit on a medical bracelet or pendant. With Notch it doesn't matter as I just get another charm. It looks good too. I only have one thing that I personally find difficult. That is the insertion of the spacers. I have tried and tried but I am unable to pop the spacers between the charms. Will have to have a word with my grandaughter.”

Our rubber spacers are designed to be snug so that your Notches stay secure once in place. They will wiggle over the narrower end of the clasp; we promise!
