I bought a blue Notch from them 2yrs ago. A year later the colour had gone weird, unlike the ones I have in other colours. I emailed Notch with pics, they replaced it with a duplicate. Now that Notch looks the same as other one did. No problem with my other coloured Notches which are older. I emailed Notch a week or so ago with pics, asking if they could send me out another replacement, but this time in red so the same thing doesn't happen again. No response.

Was disappointed, my charm was gold coloured with family. Can hardly mske out the characters. They don't seem to be etched deep enough. Surely they should be either darker or lighter so they show up?

I ordered 2 charms exactly the same for e different ppl and received them in same bag I was really upset on asking for another I was told it was to save on packaging fir the environment I was upset either that response too as it came either e different leaflets sbout notch in very colourful thick card??

Got some previously and loved them. Disappointed with the last 2. I bought PR 50 for my sister thinking it would be repeated to fill up the notch but looks very bare. Should have got Park Run 50 printed. Also asked for a dove to be printed on the personalised one, I had already emailed and asked if it was possible but no dove. I did request in the comments which was what I was advised to do. The previous ones I bought are ace and the brackets so just unlucky.

The Bracelets have two designed features that retain the notch on the cord, not so the Tale, relying on only an elasticated band to hold the notch on - with a Tale, gravity is a direct applier of pressure to encourage the metal to slide off. The Endcap being aluminium does not allow the creation of a magnetic cover cap to be added to give that second level of retention capability yet this is demonstated as clearly about in the bracelet.

Hello Roger, Thank you for your recent Review. We try to ensure that everyone’s experience of NOTCH is exceptional and so we’re naturally disappointed that you feel let down on this occasion. I do hope that I can clarify our product design features, which my customer service colleagues have outlined to you. Whether a customer chooses a Bracelet or a Tale, the design of both is such that Notches are held snugly in place by the tight-fitting rubber spacers which we supply with every Notch. The spacers overcome gravity whether on a Tale or an open Bracelet (and have never failed). As our website mentions, the purpose of the magnetic clasp on the bracelet is merely to close the bracelet while being worn on the wrist. Magnetism plays no part in securing Notches. The securing role is performed solely by the rubber spacers, as demonstrated on an open Bracelet (hung vertically) or on a Tale. We were very pleased to have created a unique Tale for you, to your personal length requirements, and to have engraved a special icon for you. We hope we offered added value by doing so at no extra charge, and we were also pleased to discount your total order by 10%. When our customer service team were in touch with you regarding your query about magnetism, they did not hear back from you regarding our offer of an exchange of product. That offer still stands, as does my offer of a full refund if you still feel very disappointed. We hope you feel able to add to your Notch collection as you continue your geo-caching journey. Very disappointed with the gold personalised notch I received. The lettering is an insipid grey sort of colour. Definitely not the clear black lettering as depicted on the website. Have messaged Notch through their "Contact Us" form on their website. To date have not even received an acknowledgement. So, unfortunately, at this point, I cannot recommend.

I bought the medical emergency bracelet and am disappointed that the medical id logo is understated and the notch brand is more prominent. I don’t feel comfortable that it will get noticed. Same with the Addison’s disease charm. Service and product great but not suitable as a medical id bracelet.

My husband had his first notch off my daughter with two notch charms for Christmas, he only wears it on special occasions and still managed to lose it, he was so upset I had to buy another one costing me £52 please think of extra safety clip to help stop the magnetics come apart, and obviously it does happen cos that's how he's lost it. He's now scared to wear new one.

Very good and helpful with order BUT despite having the correct deliery address on the invoice, the parcel was incorrectly addressed. Delivery firm tried to make the delivery but failed and rang at 9pm to say parcel had been returned to Northumberland! Many phone calls later I managed to persuade the company of the correct address and it was delivered two days later. Daughter (autistic) very stressed. Father, who had to sort things out, not amused at all.

Love the idea but when i looked at my piece of braided leather,3 bits of metal & 6 bits of rubber & thought,i wouldn't want to pay £5 for that lot let alone £55,very expensive engraving.So overpriced!

Order a set of 4 notches only x1 arrived with no explanation, I had to chase the remainder of my order. When it arrived not even a note with apology in the envelope. Poor service

I was very disappointed with this as I thought it was a bracelet not a widget to go onto one. This was a lot of money and is no good to me. I bought this for a friend as they had qualified for Crufts but I am to embarrassed to give it to them and its no good as they can't wear it !
