“Was looking for a different Christmas present for one of my family and came across these by accident. I won't find out what my family member thinks about them until Christmas day but I think they are original and quirky and something that can be easily added to. The service provided was impeccable!”

“I actually love the product. All I need to do now is work out whether I need a second bracelt or will fit more notches onto my existing one. If there is any criticism at all, it's that the price does seem a little high for a product that we need to protect from excessive moisture. But I do like it and would buy again.”

“Absolutely love the range of options and customisation available. My husband and I both got a Notch personalised to us and both were delivered in great time and with good comms from Notch. Only issue was that I had ordered a silver clasp and my bracelet turned up with a black clasp. It’s ok as I still like it….only a small disappointment. Will still be buying more to add to my Notch moving forward.”

“I have over 15 notches now and every time I order anything, the items arrive within 3 days. I once had a problem with a notch fading, they replaced it without any quibbling. Just all round excellent service.”

“Never knew about Notch until seeing your stand at the Flyball Champs. Why I chose Notch : I needed a strap that felt comfortable and that had an endless colour range with different styles. I also looking for durability and had clamp security. Notch seem to fit the bill. The main reason is I need a bracelet for sentimental and another for critical Medical. I am glad that I chose Notch as my customer experience has been exceptional, full understanding of issues that I encountered with previous bracelets in which they were replaced free of charge. Representatives were very helpful and were happy to spend the time to help and advise, even speaking on the phone to an adviser made the process simpler. Both my wife and myself are very happy and delighted with our purchases. Many thanks”
