We can see that your order placed on the 22nd of May was shipped from our studio, via Royal Mail 1st Class on the 23rd of May. A shipping confirmation was sent out to you via email with the tracking number ☺️. The tracking number issued by Royal Mail 1st Class provides confirmation that it has been posted and again when it has been delivered. “I have given a 4 star as I had to message via Facebook to see if the item I wanted was still available as it did not appear on the normal site. Once I had a reply from that message that I could get the item I had a seamless outcome. the item has arrived and is waiting to be given to my son.”
