Hi Chloe! Thank you for your review, we can see your order was placed on 11th December, shipped on 13th December and delivered 19th December. We do send every customer an order confirmation email which contains information on shipping timescales, and a shipping email once the order has been sent. “I order a notch bracelet last year and was waiting 4 weeks, but the managing director sorted this out. And the I order another bracelet for mothers day on the 13th of March and still haven't received it. The products are lovely but the delivery time is outrageous . Maybe review your courier service.”
