Hi Mark 🤗 We’re really sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive in time for Mother’s Day and we completely understand how disappointing that must have been. We replied to your email this morning, but we also wanted to respond here to apologise for the delay caused by the courier. Your order was dispatched from our studio the very same day it was placed and sent using the expedited delivery option you selected. Unfortunately, once the parcel leaves our studio it is in the courier’s hands and the final delivery timing is outside of our control. While we always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, any delays caused by Royal Mail are unfortunately outside of our control. Love the product, but magnetic clasp weakened on my first one and lost nearly £200 worth of bracelet. Emailed notch customer service and they didn’t have the decency to reply. I Only replaced it all because of the memories of some of the notches.

I ordered 2 lace tags in July and reordered the same tags a couple of weeks agi but was very disappointed that although I had ordered the same font and colour, they were different in appearance which detracts from wearing them as a pair.

We can see that your order placed on the 22nd of May was shipped from our studio, via Royal Mail 1st Class on the 23rd of May. A shipping confirmation was sent out to you via email with the tracking number ☺️. The tracking number issued by Royal Mail 1st Class provides confirmation that it has been posted and again when it has been delivered. If there is no update on the Royal Mail tracking system this means that it is still with the Royal Mail. We have popped you a direct message to help resolve this. Thanks ☺️

Ordered bracelet with 5 NUFC charms in black and white 5 game all gold poor service wont buy again avoid you may not get what you order.

Bought my notch bracelet through parkrun to commemorate 200 runs and added a few other notches. Initially very pleased with it and how it looks but unfortunately within a month after a (fairly quiet) night out the bracelet wasn’t there when I got home, must have come off when taking my jumper off at some point. I guess magnet not quite strong enough. Shame as seemed a good way to mark my accomplishments over time.

The order was not as ordered I ordered an extra large with engraving and receieved an extra small without any engraving Total waste of time and money

Hi Chloe! Thank you for your review, we can see your order was placed on 11th December, shipped on 13th December and delivered 19th December. We do send every customer an order confirmation email which contains information on shipping timescales, and a shipping email once the order has been sent.
